Ok so after all the research ive'd already begun purchasing my components.
I spect to have this beauty up and running soon!
Im wondering if theres anything else i could add for a small boost to performance since i think cooling im all set?
Although i doubt it ;)

Samsung 20x DVD-RW $30
WD 640gb HDD $95
Corsair 750w $100
Cooler Master 690 $70 (found it on sale)
Q6600 $185 (found on sale)
Vista 64 Bit $100
Asus 4850 $195
Xigmatek HDT-s1283 $37 with bracket $6.
Corsair Dominator 4GB RAM $136 (minus rebate = $96)
Asus P5Q Deluxe $210
Yate Loons 120mm X3 $4
Sunbeam Windmill $35 (whenever its back in stock)
Spiral Wrap x2 $5
120mm Fan Filter $5
Arctic Silver 5 $5

IMO, that P45 mobo is a bit overpriced considering that you can get an X38 motherboard for roughly the same price. Any reason why you went with that Deluxe over other X38 and P45 motherbaords?

Oh and if you don't want wait 3-4 months for the rebate to get back to you, get this RAM instead:
G.SKILLF2-8500 CL5D-4GBPK 2 x 2GB DDR2 1066 RAM - $90

Other than the mobo and RAM, looks good to me.

I agree, ditch the Dominators and ditch the Deluxe. Look at the P5Q-E or Pro instead of the Deluxe. Get the G.Skill instead of the Dominators. Those fancy ramsinks don't do much. -_-

$70 is the sale price for the RC-690 now? :( I miss the $20AR RC-690's, lol.
