1. are there any difference between flat top and round top LEDs? my G15's light have finally died (5/11 works) and i'm planning on changing them and getting few cheap once from ebay. i was considering getting white once so wanted to know if there is no difference or if there are which one would fit the best.

2. ok this is kinda odd mod, but here it goes, i'm planning on changing jerker's main board and replacing it with carbon fiber and want to get some idea if it'll be good or not, main reason is to make it lighter but atm my monitors and case is on it and i wonder if it'll hold the weight. i'll be hanging LCDs so if problem might do it first than later.

3. also once harden how hard will it be to put hole in carbon fiber (sorry totally noob here) it'll be great help if someone can point me towards few projects similar like this because most i find on google are for cars and bicycles. i did saw one year or so ago on bit tech but it was year ago so i can't find it anymore. am in atlanta so if someone with experience point out few places be awesome.
