They had my package yesterday... on the truck for delivery.. no deliver.

I wait till today, the tracking thing says itll be here by 4:30. Well it is now 4:31, and they are not here. So I am pretty mad. And I was told newegg + fedex had good service.. yeah right...
 
lol dude calm down. When you order online, these things are expected. It'll get there.
 
its FedEx, one word... and next time, pay for shipping instead of using express saver if you are so worried about when it gets there, and maybe they'll guarantee a time. there is a reason express saver is so cheap.
 
Its in my city.. and has been for 2 days. I probably live like 10 minutes away from them... They need to get here.
 
They do have good service. You're just one of those rare anomolies, and I'm sure the next order you place should be fine. Don't give up on them after one try. At least give them a call (or drop an e-mail, they respond quickly.) and find out what's up

be patient cheeze...that or look up the fedex place in your town and go get it. I don't hardly bother having them try to deliever it much, the fedex main place is like 5 blocks from my house. Saves me a day of waiting for it be delievered around 5pm
 
if your soo pissed why didnt you take the door tag to the office and claim your package the first day they didnt deliver?
 
FedEx sucks...UPS Sucks....this is really getting old. Especially when it is coming from an impatient ........

When did I say they left a door tag? They havnt been by at all..
I paid for them to deliver, whether its cheap or not.. I did payu, and they told me when it would be here, and it isnt here. So I have the right to complain.
 
well you could still pick it up in the evening from the office without the door tag, give them the tracking number and have your id and sign your name and take it home
 
Too bad that magic place only has 8 different locations within my area... Any other ideas?

stop being such an impatient dork and wait, and if this is something that you needed within a certain time, pay for a guaranteed delivery date, ie 2 day or something.
 
give him some credit.

if the tracking number comes up and the package's last status update was loading onto the delivery truck yesterday morning then that seems to be a somewhat legit argument.
 
Fedex loads them up so if they have time they make the delivery. And if you are a normal fedex stop in the first place the likelyhood of it arriving is better. Sadly for residential delivery fedex express saver gets the lowest priority available.
 
Please tell me I'm not the only person that things we've had more than enough of thoese "fedex/ups/usps sucks" threads.
 
call 1800 463 3339 and say rep to get a hold of a rep, then giver him/her your tracking number and they will be able to tell you when it is expected to be at the office AND what office it will be at.
 
Where do you live? A fedex truck had a wreck somewhere this morning - saw it on the news. I think it was in Austin but I'm not certain. Maybe that's why?
 
Ha, no, That wouldnt be it... I live in georgia. I have lived in this neighborhood for 6 years, and I have never seen a Fedex truck go by.. Im starting to wonder.
