Why are replacement blower fans so hard to find? Where can I get a blower fan for a Nvidia GTX?

From someone who pulled their HSF in favor of a waterblock... Or maybe a dead card floating around.
 
Or better yet go with an aftermarket cooler. Ive got an arctic accelero extreme 3 on a 980ti and another on a gtx580. They are really solid coolers.

Thanks, I will check out the part # when I get home in a couple of weeks. But it’s a MSI GTX 1070 Aero
