Does anyone have any fan recommendations for the Antec P180B. Something not too expensive, but works really well. Thanks

Scythe Slipstreams work very well, if you can get them cheaply. (There are several speeds from 500rpm to 1900rpm. If you have a fan controller get the fastest ones, you can turn a fan down but not up.)
Yate Loons are much cheaper if you can find them and also good.

Any particular one from slip stream? I'm assuming they're better than the one's Antec has in there. I don't know anything about fans. The only one I've ever heard was Zalman. So I don't really know what's considered cheap either, lol.

Also, are there any specific recommendations/prices on fan controllers?

I do not own any of the below parts, so this is not by any means an endorsement. I have been looking to do the same thing to the same case though, and my research leads me to a few parts that I really like.

Controller:
Scythe "Kaze Master"

And the fans they were referencing above:
Sythe "Slipstream" 110 CFM

With the controller you could control the 3 fans in your case (if you replaced them all) and your CPU HSF. Using the highest possible CFM fans allows you a maximum headroom in abilities if you need it, abut also allows you to be able to turn them down if you don't (and want it quieter).

Also, the Antec Tri Cool fans in your P180B have molex connectors while the Scythes have 3 pin connectors. That controller will not work on Molex without an adapter. One last thing, I have done a little checking around and that Kaze Master controller will fit in the P180 with the door on the front closed. I was worried about the door hitting the knobs, but no worries.

Thanks Wheresatom.

How do Yate Loons compare? are they costly, Nick or anyone else?
Yate loons are arguable the best fans out there because of there low price.

The yateloons on that page are real yates unlike other sites like jab-tech where you might get fake ones where petras are directly from yate loon. I got 4 low speed ones today in the mail and i cant even hear them unless im like 6 or so inches away and even then its a slight hum.

Id say if you dont wanna spend a lot get some yates there awesome fans.

I would recommend the 120mm Yate Loon D12SL-12 from that page.

yeah the low speed is what i got today. they move lots of air for the noise they produce, enough to make my eyes water when i hold it in front of my face.

It says 4 for 15.95 right? so for some reason when i buy 4, it doesn't update at 15.95, unless I'm doing something wrong.

The Sunbeam rheobus looks soooo snazzy and works just great. I have one in my p180 and I can close the door on it. And it's only like $15 :)

what price do you get? does it include shipping in your price?

Thats what i got should be here along with my rad grill tomorrow. I plan on soaking it in some nail polish remover to take the writing off the front and i might take off the leds so i can sleep.

It comes out a dollar more, it's not a big deal to me, but i'm just wondering why its more than that. It says 16.96. Shipping wasn't included.

Nvm, don't pay attention to my stupidity. I added in the screws too, lol.

Danny, do you think the Scythe Kaze Master fan controller is worth buying?

i picked up 3 of the yate loon high speed fans The housing is black, fans are orange.

I got them for my p180. Don't get those Thermaltake 13cm fans that are bored to fit the 12cm fan holes IF you are puttingthem in a p180.. they don't fit. I found that out the hard way, and pwned myself pretty badly.. but it's ok. .I'm modding my case to make them fit. :D
