Fan question. Is it the PSU?

Everytime I power up my PC and the POST beep goes off, I get an alarm clock type buzzing for about 3 - 4 seconds, reads "CPU fan error", then it asks me to press F1 to go into the ASUS UEFI. Once there, I see the CPU fan speed is usually just above the 600rpm threshold, while 2 off the channel fans are in the red (below 600rpm). If I give it a min or two, everything comes up to where it should be.

Not sure why it's doing that, or if I should be concerned. Is it the PSU? I got it recently from a [H] member and I thought it had good reviews
I have an Antec HCG 750W
ASUS P8Z68-V/Gen 3 board
Thermalright HR-02 macho with the included TY-140
2 x CoolerMaster 200mm fans and 2 x generic 120mm fans

Thanx guys for the replies

Are they plugged into the motherboard? Get a fan controller, plug some or all of the fans into it, and connect it to the PSU directly with Molex.

So the CPU fan is connected to the CPU FAN header on the motherboard?
Two case fans are also connected to the Chassis FAN headers on the motherboard and they seem to be the ones giving you problems? Do these fans also have regular molex connectors? If yes, then just connect them directly to the molex connector, bypassing the motherboard header. Alternatively, I think you can turn that warning off in the BIOS.

The fans don't have molex. I have thought about turning any alarms off, but should I be concerned?

I wouldn't turn off the CPU alarm, but the others yes.

I'd also do what someone else suggested. Get a fan controller and plug those other fans into that controller or turn those connectors into molex connectors by buying the ends yourself and crimping them yourself. Then plug them directly into the PSU.
