I know Noctua is teh best for fans but i dont want to spend 30 bucks per fan. what are the 2nd and 3rd best 140 mm fans to buy please thanks !

Noctua Redux 140mm are under $20. P14S 1200rpm and P14S 1500rpm versions are $14.95 at amazonia. 1200rpm is good for case intakes, 1500rpm for coolers.

Thermalright TY-147 is good option, but 3 bucks more than the Redux.

BeQ Pure Wings 2 is decent for $13.99 - their Silent Wings 3 is better, but $26.99

What are you putting them on? Just overall case fans, air towers or radiators?

decibels (loudness), but how a fan sounds will also have an effect. You may wish to to some research on topics instead of just making a bunch of threads on the forums?
