Fan controller,i need some help

Hello guys. I want to purchase a fan controller which is able to turn off the fans.

What do you think ?
If you know different models,please give me some names ,models, links.

Sunbeam Rheobus is what I'm using. While it doesn't have an off/on switch, once you turn the speed low enough, the fans will cut off. It has 6 channels, and it can handle 30 watts per channel. I have had nothing but good experience with mine.

What about the leds ? Are they changing the color after you speed up the fans ?

I've got an older 4 channel Rheobus, and the LED's do change color. Red is less than 1/2, blue over 1/2.

the LED's are bright.

With the Rheobus Extreme, the LEDs dim as you lower the speed. When you put them at the minimum, they shutoff. And yes, the LEDs are bright when turned up high.

My Scythe Kaze Master turns fans off when the knobs are cranked all the way down.
