Fan controller,i need some help

What about the leds ? Are they changing the color after you speed up the fans ?
 
With the Rheobus Extreme, the LEDs dim as you lower the speed. When you put them at the minimum, they shutoff. And yes, the LEDs are bright when turned up high.
 
My Scythe Kaze Master turns fans off when the knobs are cranked all the way down.
