I have a multi-disk eSata enclosure that's way too loud. The fans are run at 100% all the time. Can anyone recommend a fan controller that I can use that will throttle the fans based on the temperature of an onboard sensor?

Scythe Master Ace? (whatever that thing is actually called, this thing) comes with thermocouples you can stick anywhere (like on the drives) and can do what you describe, and isn't from a junk company.
