Failing consistency checks?

Ok I just recently set up a RAID 5 array with an LSI 3808ELP and 4 320gb Seagate 7200.10 RPM hard drives. Once I worked out some quirks, it seems really easy to set up. I used the WebBIOS tool on bootup to create the array, then used the fast initialization. I'm using the latest firmware and drivers available from the website for the card. I copied about 220gb worth of data to the array and ran a consistency check. It failed with numerous errors. The firmware doesn't report any of the drives as ready to fail or anything. Can anyone here give me an idea of what this means and how I might go about fixing it?
 
I just replaced all 4 320gb drives with 4 80gb drives to see if the problem was with the hard drives. I still have it failing a consistency check. Any suggestions?
