Hello all,
I am writing a program which reads the FAHlog.txt file and prints a pretty little table for web display, similar to what EM3 does. However, I don't have very many samples of FAHlog.txt, and I'd like to make sure I have all the cases handled. I have samples so far from:
Gromacs (FahCore_78.exe)
Tinker (FahCore_65.exe)
PMD (FahCore_82.exe)
If anyone else has samples from any other cores, please post something like this:
PMD said:

Thanks in advance for the help.

All 3 of my boxes have nothing but Gromacs on the log file. I think there are only the 3 types
of cores right now. Tinker, Amber, and Gromac.
If you need some other samples of Gro's i can help there! :D

Whoops. Just checked the Stanford page, and all that's out or in beta right now are Gromacs, Tinker and Amber. There I go.

Thanks anyways for pointing this out.

Are you sure there are just those three out now? There may still be some Double Gromacs out there. I've only seen one on my T-Bird 1.4 and that was a long time ago, but there may still be some out there. I don't know for sure though. I do remember people saying that they worked a lot better on P4s over Athlons I think.

double gromacs? haven't seen those... anyone have a log for them?

Double Gromacs are core_79, I believe... I don't have a log for one currently, the last time the core was updated (on my PC here at work), was sometime in August...

I'm looking on the Folding-community.org forum for a post of a log file... no luck as of yet....
