So my question is this i know my monitors have Displayport on it, and the video card i ordered is a HIS 6950 all i need for 1 monitor to be plugged in with mini Displayport to displayport cable correct? or is there anything else i would need?

yes thats it but read up in the Ati forums, there seems to be a bug where the screen on the display using the displayport does something funky. Dont know much on it but I would read up and make sure you are aware of any issues that can happen.
 
Hey thanks for the help, just wanted to make sure. I'll read up on that bug, hopefully I dont have to many problems.
