I have a couple of 640GB drives left after dismantling my RAID array and I would like to use these as external backups. Is there anything specific I should be looking for in an external enclosure? I am presuming that these SATA drives could do eSATA or USB 3.0.
 
You'll hafta be a little more specific.

External enclosure (1 bay or 2) or HDD dock?
