How long does it usually take for them to approve of the RMA? It's been close to a week and I've uploaded all the information they require and it's still pending. Logitech was a lot faster to RMA my mouse

Also, how long does it take to ship out, etc?

1-2 business days if it's a known/common issue. Could be longer if it's not. Always call their support first if you are not sure the status. Their RMA dept works business hours only, but I have been assisted by their evening staff.
