• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

How long does it usually take for them to approve of the RMA? It's been close to a week and I've uploaded all the information they require and it's still pending. Logitech was a lot faster to RMA my mouse :(

Also, how long does it take to ship out, etc?

Call there support line.

And use the Evga forum, RussianHaxor is one of the tech guys on there and can help you out.

1-2 business days if it's a known/common issue. Could be longer if it's not. Always call their support first if you are not sure the status. Their RMA dept works business hours only, but I have been assisted by their evening staff.
