Hello, I'm planning to do the jump from AGP to PCI-E and the only thing that would carry over would be my Corsair HX520W PSU.

Im cluless when it comes to PSU so, would the corsair 520w be enough to run this setup

Intel Core 2 duo E8500
Evga 9800GTX+
Asus P5Q pro motherboard
4GB DDR2 ram
Western digital 640GB 7200
DVD/RW
Antec 900 case w/stock fan

Nothing would be overclocked..

Yep, that should be fine. If you go for 2x video cards that might be pushing it a bit, but with just one card you should be good to go. Your processor and HD are both fairly low power draw:)
