Electronics dummy question

Ok, so I pulled the trigger on another 8800gt, but I'm out of monitors (not counting the old 21" CRT which I'm not turning back on). This means making some of those neato DVI dummy plugs. Are these the correct resistors: http://shop.vetcosurplus.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=8083

Will any type of tape work to hold them in, or do I have to use electrical tape?

Anything I should watch out for so as to not set the apartment on fire (you know, aside from running 5 machines and 4 GPU's 24x7 in a 10x10 room)?

 
You don't actually need to turn the monitor on for it to detect a display, it just needs to be hooked up.

As for the other thing, I have no clue as I've never tried it.

 
I best you can get them at radioshack a bunch cheaper.

 
Yeah, except I don't drive. Amazing how much I've saved on gas in the last 3 months.

 
They look right so they should work.

All I've done with the 7 dummies I've built was .........
To bend one leg over so its next to the other.
Cut the longer leg so they are both the same lenght.
Push it in the correct holes of the DVI-VGA addapter.
No glue/tape/solder needed.
