E6400 vs. E6750....cache issues...

OK, forget stock clock speeds. Given that BOTH cpu's will run at 3200mhz easily with no issues, how much better is the E6750 with it's 4mb of cache versus the E6400's 2mb of cache?

Or you can look at it this way if clock speed burns in your mind still... the E6750 at stock speed of 2.66ghz with 4mb cache, will it match the higher clocked E6400 with only 2mb of cache?
