It is OEM which means limited warranty and no hsf but yeah...it's damned HOT!

How so? it's 182 for OEM at frys, and 180 for retail. Odd that it costs more OEM than retail.

I think he's talking about the 6300 with a board for around $160. It's only local Fry's though not online.

Nice deal! If you have a heatsink lying around already (such as those who bought E6600's for their main rigs and may have used an aftermarket cooler while leaving the stock one unused), this is even better! Warranty doesn't count to everyone, though it does to me.
