I own a E4400 CPU (retail Box)
I have run into the Deal where I can swap with my CPU with E6400.
Is it a Good Deal for me or Bad........
I am not into O.C.
Thanks Mir

How is that a fair trade? LOL!

Anyway, go for the E6400. While you may have an easier time overclocking that E4400, the E6400 can reach a higher overclock. And like others have said, even at stock the E6400 will be faster than the E4400.
