I've seen cars on here, so I figured why not?
For sale is my 1998 Ducati 748. The bike has 3,300 original miles it. At 1,100 miles, the original owner had an 890cc kit professionally installed, along with an FbF exhaust and the tuning correctly done. The bike also has braided lines on it.
When I bought the bike, it had sat nearly unused for the previous 5 years (he had kids). The infamous SBK charging system wire problem had kept it parked. I fixed the charging problem and installed a brand new Shorai HP battery.
I have some pictures that I will post. The bike does have some small nicks here and there, however it is in excellent shape for the year. The previous owner traded the mono tail for the 996 biposto tail in the pictures so his wife could ride with him.
I am located in Lafayette, IN, and am asking $6,500. The bike needs nothing to be ridden this season. I have a TRex rear stand, Dowco cover, and wheel lock that can be included. I believe I may even have the manual for it, and Haynes book as well. I would consider partial trades for something like a dirtbike, but would need the majority of the value in cash.
