Dual Moniters

I got a Dell 1800FP and don't like the feel of it for gaming. Anyways I was wondering how I could set up a dual moniter setup if possible. Use my LCD for everything but gaming, and my CRT for strictly gaming. Could I go buy the DVI for my LCD and use the analog for my CRT? If anyone knows how I could do this, please help. Thanks.

is your lcd analog or digital? if it's analog, use the dvi to vga adaptor that came with your card, and plug in a second monitor to the dvi.

Yeah I got it working thanks fugu. But now is there a way to set it up so I can have a start menu on both moniters?

So anyways, My Dell 1800FP uses a BGR layout instead of an RGB. By default, Windows is set up to resolve Clear Type text on RGB monitors. Now my flat panel looks a bit fuzzy and my CRT looks pixely. I have the CRT throught analog and my LCD through the adapter from DVI to analog. Anyway to crisp them up? And can I have a mirrored effect and have a start menu on both?

And have one large desktop, or two actual separate desktops?

If you want two desktops, then I can find out. My coworker has something running on his machine that does it.

I'd like to have 2 seperate desktops. With 2 mice and keyboards if possible. Not sure if it is, but it would be nice.

Don't think that's possible. What you're wanting requires two computers. I have a quad monitor setup, and having one large desktop is really handy.
