I am looking for an inexpensive video card to drive two monitors. Not a gaming card, just a card to do everyday stuff like Excel, Word, email and surf the Internet's.

Anyone have any suggestions?

price/budget, existing PSU?, PCIe x1/x8/x16?, current gpu? etc? htpc/bitstreaming audio/hdmi?
 
Pretty much any video card can do two monitors, for cheap a ATi 5450 would be fine for you, or a Nvidia 9400
