Dual Folding?

I know if you go to the run command, you search for the Folding file and use the -local flag, then set the processors as machine id 1 and second processor id2. this should make you run dual instances of folding.

It should be like something like this to set the file to fold in the separate folders:
FAH502-Console.exe" -local
