So far I have read a lot about E3110 CPUs (I use 2 myself) and todays mobos and so far I have seen nothing indicating that there are compatibility issues with the E3110. The only thing you need to be sure of is you have a bios on your board that supports the 45nm chips. Otherwise it will go into a reboot loop and the only way to get over this obstacle is to flash to the proper bios which means you will need to install a 65nm chip to do so.
