Hello,
I just found a really old setup, and did a fresh install and low and behold no drivers!

I can't even get on to the internet?
Don't know the make of the computer, as its custom, and old...

Anyway to get the drivers on this? Especially just the video and LAN drivers?
It has onboard video too by the way.

I was thinking of getting a USB network adapter and letting windows find the drivers.
Would even a USB work with no drivers installed?

Help please!

Thank you.

You'll need drivers for either type of NIC, so you're best bet is to crack open the case and start digging around to find out what the hardware is.

Or put a nic in it that you're familiar with drivers for it. I keep a PCI NIC onhand at all times with known drivers in case of moments like this.

------> if your getting a USB network adaptor, it would come with drivers, or would say drivers are already in XP
