Down to the wire.

gotta change the videocard brotha

either save some money and get a 4850...or splurge a little and get a 4870

either way they are both better than the 9800gtx

I'd do a 4000 series honestly if for no other reason then the fact that you can add a second card later if you decide to. Since that's a non-nvidia motherboard you can't do SLI later, but you can do xfire. As well, I'm fairly certain a 4850 (not 70) will give you better or at least equal performance for less money.

You may want the Samsung Spinpoint F1 drive. For about $100 you can get 750GB with 32mb cache. Over at www.silentpcreview.com, this is one of the "quietest" and fastest SATA drives on the market. I just built a new system with this drive for my brother and it runs faster than my dated 74GB Raptor 8mb cache. Also take the advice of setscrew, the Corsair 80+ PSU's are very efficient and even the Corsair 520HX will give you some overhead power on what you're planning to run.
