Hi guys, I've tried contacting xfx support for a faulty r290 seven days ago but haven't received any answer so far... do you know how long it should take to just receive an answer from them?? Also tried other ways to contact then without any success... (fb and xfxsupport user)

Since there is no activity on their facebook accounts do they still exist?? :confused::confused:
 
I've already tried that e-mail... still no response by now, anyway I will call that number tomorrow. Thanks for the help DracoNB
 
i created a support ticket on saturday on their website and got a response today in regards to some faulty fan. they offered to send me a new heatsink with fans or if i wanted to rma it and let them do it. i found this email and it didnt matter that i didnt buy the card from newegg i got a response that was very willing to help: neweggsupport@xfxforce.com

the Gethuman email is being updated, generic support@xfxforce.com is no longer active and has been divided to tech teams individually based on our specific areas of concern. neweggsupport@xfxforce.com is one of our technicians primary duties, so email contact with them is very fast during business hours.

Ataru1504, I have followed up on this for you and since this is Europe, Wade (our rep in Europe) is working on getting this resolved for you. You may have to return it to the retailer though. More on that soon.

"http://xfxforce.com/en-gb/support/contact-us" this link is being investigated now, im not certain it was entirely finished with launch. Due to this thread, it should be resolved and working 100% if it wasn't already.
