Does this sound like a PSU problem?

On occasion, my PC will be a little slow to power on and I will have to hold the button for a couple of seconds. Sometimes, the light on the case just comes on but nothing else until I turn off the power supply and turn it back on. I had my CPU and RAM overclocked from 2.0 to 2.4 for a year or so until it would randomly power off so put it back to stock and the other day I tried overclocking again and it wouldn't even POST. My temps are normal and my PSU is an Antec Neo Power 480W. Thanks for any help with my extremely outdated PC :p. My specs are:

Chaintech VNF4 Ultra (S939)
Athlon X2 3800+
(2) 1GB DDR500 GSkill RAM
480W Antec Neopower

nevermind, I fixed it, it was the PSU, I replaced it with a 650W Antec EarthWatts and it works fine.

Sorry to see that your Neopower 480 was the culprit. Do note, however, that Antec PSUs come with a 3 year warranty (with a few having 5 years IIRC). So it might be worthwhile to RMA that Neopower 480 if it's still under warranty
