Does the anchor feature work in [H] ?

Hi, I have seen an awesome worklog somewhere, and was impressed that people can actually select from an "index" to jump to different places within a posting.

Example:

[al=top][B][COLOR=deepskyblue]1. My Memory[/COLOR][/B][/al]
[al=top][B][COLOR=deepskyblue]2. My CPU[/COLOR][/B][/al] 
 
[anker=top][B][COLOR=deepskyblue]1. Memory[/COLOR][/B][/anker]
 
[COLOR=deepskyblue][B][I]blabla & pic[/I][/B][/COLOR]
 
(return to index)
 
 
[anker=top][COLOR=deepskyblue][B]2. CPU[/B][/COLOR][/anker]
 
[B][COLOR=deepskyblue][I]blabla & pic[/I][/COLOR][/B]

Doesn't [H] support that code ?
If yes, what would be the code for returning to the index again ?
