I have my surround system, next to my computer an also the bass of the surround i right next to case , nad i hear something about the vibration can affect the memory in somehow , Is that true?

No.

But having big magnets around hard drives is not a good idea. You metal computer case should protect your hard drives and the enclosure around your woofer will limit how close you can get. The magnet would have to be very powerfull and be within a couple of inches of the hard drive. This is probally of no concern at all but I thought I would mention it.

Laying floppy disks down on top of the sub-woofer cabinet would not be a good idea either.

See if a paper clip (metal one) will stick to your speaker cabinet, if it does keep stuff away from the speaker.

well if a magnet can do damaged to then , what about the speaker of the sub woofer i think it have a magnet . Do it?
