Does alphacool screwup orders often

Ok thing is i ordered some watercooling stuff from alphacool and havent heard from them for two weeks now, is this normal that it takes this freaking long to ship a package from germany to finland or where ever. i have e-mailed them 3 times and no response, this is seriously pissing me off.

That's normal for them. They don't speak english that well. When I ordered my ATi NVXP3 block it took 3 weeks from Germany to Canada using DHL service. During that time I emailed them with no response until the day after I received it. It was some email with something that resembled english but wasn't..:p

Even I speak english and I'm French-Canadian.
 
It depends. They've got at least 2 people that work in sales that are fluent in English. If you have AIM you can add AlphacoolChris to your buddy list. He's in the marketing dept.

It normally takes a while to get stuff, but now that their stuff is available in most retail shops, there's no reason to order direct.
 
finally got an e-mail that they have send my stuff to freezing skandinavia. it only took them 3 and a half weeks. :rolleyes:
