Ok thing is i ordered some watercooling stuff from alphacool and havent heard from them for two weeks now, is this normal that it takes this freaking long to ship a package from germany to finland or where ever. i have e-mailed them 3 times and no response, this is seriously pissing me off.

It depends. They've got at least 2 people that work in sales that are fluent in English. If you have AIM you can add AlphacoolChris to your buddy list. He's in the marketing dept.
