Do they make a case fan that has extra holes in it so you could add a larger fan to the case for example taking a 140 mm case fan but make it with extra holes to fit into a 120 mm area or vice versa, that way you could add a larger fan to your smaller AIO and mount it on the back or top of your pc case?
 
I know there used to be "modules" (duct converters) for this at one time.
 
There are a few 140mm fans out there that mount on 120mm hole patterns. Cryorig makes a nice one. They tend to be slim designs though, so not high static pressure.
 
140mm fans with 120 mm fan mounts (105mm spacing) are out there. Thermalright TY-14x series, Noctua NF-A15, Silverstone HE01, Cryorig XF140 & XT140, and a few others.

Problem is most mounting applications for 120mm fans do not have room needed for 140mm fan to fit into and use the 120mm fan (105mm spaced) mount.
 
I want to do the exact opposite i want to put a 140 mm on a 120 mm rear case fan it will fit in the rear just want a 140 not a 120.
 
Some cases have 140mm and 120mm mounting holes in the same spot.

I used to use a lot of Thermalright TY-140 and TY-143 fans before we had fans as good at reasonable prices. These fans are rounded design with 120mm fan mounting holes (105mm spacing).

I rarely found a case vent with 120mm and 140mm mounting holes that centered 140mm fan with 120mm fan mounting holes .. especially venting for 2x or 3x fans. to resolve the problems I had to cut rounded edges off of fans and mounted them on an adapter plate with 105mm (120mm fan) holes and 124.5mm (140mm fan) holes.

no but if you're looking to add a radiator to a fan mount you want the swiftech radbox
