Nope, they actually speed up overtime. You might have to downclock your CPU to keep the cycles in sync.

Usually.

They slow down from 10x as fast as a spinning drive to only 8x as fast.

If they do, you can normally run a secure erase (HDDErase is an easy to use program that does it) and it'll restore it to factory fresh speed. Older SSDs had more problems with slowing down over time.
