Howdy Everyone!!!
Can you please provide some computer help to this strange issue.

I use a CD-Rom to VPN into work. However, I have been having some display issues during the login for the VPN and while I am connected to the network.

-The monitor will complete turn off and then come back on.
-The picture will not load all the way and has strange colors.
-I lose the picture and I pull out the power cord from the monitor but the blue led light stays on the monitor. Only way I can totally reset the system is to unplug the DVI cord from the back of the monitor.

So far this only happens a few times at the start of my shift.

Current Computer Specs
Antec P183

GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD3R LGA 1156

Thanks
Jonathan

This happen again. This seems to only happen once I am into the work system. The monitor would completely go blank and the picture would be gone with a black screen and just have the blue led light on from the monitor. I had to unplug the monitor to get the picture again. Also seems a few times that the monitor would turn off and then back on.

Dangman- Sorry do not have an extra monitor to try.

I did notice just booting to the screen to log into the vpn and then while being in the VPN. The video card fan is going full blast as if it was under some load and is blowing a lot of warm air out.

Still facing this issue. I did clean the computer out very well with a data vac.

I did notice the back fan is not working like it was when i first bought the PC. Can anyone recommend a new fan and 2 others to add into the case?

Off the top of my head:
- Try a different video card
- Reisntall video card drivers
- Try a different PSU.
- Try a different monitor.

As for fans, if you're just looking for a cheap replacement and don't care about noise levels, I recommend this Coolermaster 4 fan pack:
