Display driver reset at boot

Has anyone else had this happening to them with the BF3 Preview 3 Catalyst drivers from AMD where when you are logging into Windows, it pauses for a long time and then finally comes back with the display driver wasn't responding message?

Windows 7
6850 Crossfire

Never seen this one before - try a clean reinstall of the driver?

Done it a few times. As soon as I install the preview driver it comes back. I rolled back to the 11.9 driver and all is good.

Ignore the preview driver and wait for 11.10 WHQL then, if you can live without BF3 crossfire until tomorrow night

BF3 crossfire works fine with 11.9 drivers. I guess I don't know what I am missing by using the old drivers.

It didn't when I used them. Perhaps it's specific to the HD6900 series then.

Could always try the 11.12 early beta drivers......only drivers that fixed my 6990 issue (which AMD confirmed is bugged right now)
