Having Windows Server 2008 R2 DC and XP Client Machines ..how to disable the display control panel using Group Policy Objects?

after i disable the display control panel in GPO and run "gpudate /force", still have no effect

Are you running XP Pro? because IRR only Pro has that ability

It has to be pro to even join a domain.

And you are sure that the GPOs are assigned to the right user/computer OUs?
