Apparently someone hacked into AMDs third party promo data and stole a bunch of Dirt3 promo codes. This forced AMD to have a manual confirmation process to validate the promotion.

Is anyone after manually uploading their promo code actually getting their Dirt3 activation code for Steam?

Just trying to guess how long this is going to take for AMD. Hopefully before DIRT4 :p
 
I just sold a code from my second HD 6950. I had to scan a copy of the coupon and send it to the buyer as well as sending the coupon code via email. He said it worked fine.
 
once i sent them my code and proof of purchase i got a new dl code the next day was pretty painless
 
It's been 10 days for me and still no code... this is ridiculous. Four days ago I sent an email asking why it was taking so long and they haven't responded to that either.
 
I had no idea they had been hacked.
I was searching google to see how long it takes to get the code after emailing an image of the coupon.
I did mine last night.
 
damn my brother just got a card with one of these codes. What does he have to do again to claim it. I kinda understand he needs to make a scanned image of it but what then?

Scan it or take a picture of it and email it.
After you fill out the first page, another pop-up comes up with the instructions.
 
Now going on 12 days with no response. Sent two emails; no response. Rage is building.
 
It just caaame! They read my post and trembled in fear! I have conquered.
 
I just sent my photo in....are you serious...DAYS??????

Well, they sent me a new code to use on the www.AMD.com/dirt3promo/ site and I filled in everything and they email me instantly a Steam Code.
Game is an 11.8GB download.:eek: about an hour to download.

On my previous connection it would have been just under 8 hours. On the new one it's around 45 minutes. I know some people though where 11.8GB is about 2 1/2 solid days of download time, and that's not even dialup :p
