Diiferent temp readings from different programs

Basically I have a e4300 being cooled be a Tuniq. It is OC'd to (9x333) 3.0 GHz @ 1.32V. I want to push it more, but I'm not sure what temp readings to go by.

Idle/Load
SpeedFan : 40 / 61
CoreTemp : 39 / 60
RealTemp3.0 : 30/ 45

Any idea which temp is the right one?
 
They are all correct, the difference is in what the programs are using for Tjmax which is used to make calculations with. So you have to decide which value of Tjmax you think is correct. The value is completely undocumented and all intel has said about it is this. Or just make sure all the programs use a Tjmax of 100C and they will agree, somewhere in the options you can adjust/change it.
