Differences Between Crucial Value DDR400...?

I'm browsing on Newegg for some PC3200, and I see that there are two different Crucial Values:

and

The second link has a .8t at the end of the model #. Is there actually any difference(s) between the two?

1 is double sided the other is single sided. .8t is single sided. the double sided might have -5b G or -5b C and .8t might have -5b D or the new BGA ic.

Ah ok, as far as all the chips go, which are the most overclockable/overclocking friendly?

-5b G is good, they are probably the best outta all the others.
