Difference?

i mean how much difference would there be in performance and overclockabilty cause the Gigabyte one looks very simple and poorly made card...........and the one available in my country is only this Gigabyte one
 
They will both perform pretty much the same. At most you're talking about a 1-2 FPS, and with a 9550, you're probably not too concerned about gaming at the level where 1-2 FPS makes a difference.
