difference between these 2 gtx 570's

I am stuck deciding between these 2 cards.... wondering if the community has any input? Its going into a 2500K asrock extreme 6 rig w/ h70 cooling in an obsidian 800d case.

One is reference cooler, reference PCB. One is MSI custom cooler, custom PCB.

would that mean that the parts are of lower quality on the custom cooler and therefore it would be wiser to go w/ the reference cooler?

According to the specs, reference cooler has higher core clock and shader clock. I don't think custom cooling translate to lower part quality. They have custom cooler to keep the video card cooler. According to some reviews online, the custom cooler is suppose to be quieter than the reference cooler.

The MSI card is a lot better in terms of coolings.

I have a MSI 460 with a Twin Frozr II, and I absolutely love it. It is MUCH quieter than the reference cooler designs, but does have one small flaw. It dumps a good portion of the heat into the case rather than exhausting out the slot. I'm ok with it, since my case has a 250mm side panel fan and 2 120mm intakes on the front plus 120mm and 92mm on the back, but if you don't have enough air flow it'll increase your ambient temps.

Both cards would be fine, the choices are... lower case temps/higher card temps/higher noise, or higher case temps/lower card temps/lower noise. If you EVER plan on running a water loops, your only choice is reference.
