Did I forget anything?

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming mainly, possibly a few movies.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$700-ish
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
The MIGHTY town of Wichita, KS
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
MB, CPU, Mem, Vid Card, PS, Case, HD, & maybe a ODD
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Just my KB, Mouse, and N52TE.
6) Will you be overclocking?
Probably not
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
2560 x 1080, 29"
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
This weekend
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
USB 3.0... bout it.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit (gotta love being an MIS student :) )

So I picked up the LG 29EA73-P for $360 and decided to build a computer that can utilize it. I think I remembered everything but let me know if you see anything missing. I am NOT overclocking the CPU this time. I seem to have lost the OC bug or I'm at least taking a break from it for one build.

I mainly play RPGs. I'm still a fairly active WoW addict and I'm venturing into ESO. I don't foresee the video card having an issue playing either of those games at 2560 x 1080. I will be playing the Witcher 3 when (if) it ever gets released so hopefully the 770 will be able to play it on high-ish.

Case: Silverstone PS07B-W -- The window being on the wrong side just drew me to it... it was like a bad accident.. I couldn't look away...
PS: EVGA 100-W1-500-KR 500W -- NOT overclocking and the CPU I chose is low volts
CPU: Intel Core i5-3350P Ivy Bridge
Heatsink: Intel factory heatsink
MB: ASRock B75M-DGS R2.0 -- B75 with USB 3 and SATA 6
Memory: G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 -- Used this memory on probably 4 builds now, they need to give me a frequent buyer card or something...
Vid: ASUS GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX 770 2GB -- Got it crazy cheap
HD: Seagate ST1000DX001 1TB Hybrid Desktop drive -- Loved my last one so buying it again!
Misc: Gold plated display port cord, 4-pack of 120mm silent fan, 10gb SATA 3.0 USB drive (for faster W8 install).

On the fence: Blu-Ray drive -- This computer will also be hooked up to my projector but I already have that popular Sony standalone Blu-ray player so.. yeah.. would stop me from having to switch HDMI cords on the projector but is that worth $40??

I have Amazon Prime and Shop Runner for NewEgg so if you see any dumb mistakes yell soon and I can probably get the order placed in time to get it in this weekend.

Is that list your current system or the one you are proposing to build? (I ask because you chose Ivy Bridge). I'm guessing it's a second system since you did not mention reusing any core components?

What about the GTX 770? you said you "got it crazy cheap," so it is already in your possession and you do not require a video card in your budget?

I just saw you gave building advice to someone with a similar budget. How come you advised a Haswell i3 while choosing a throttled Ivy i5 for yourself?

Guy I advised had a 720p monitor.. a 770 would be complete overkill for that. I was hoping that guy could use the extra $$ to pick up a 1080P monitor or Windows license or something.

Everything has been purchased... I do a new build every 4-5 months and almost always leave something off. I was wanting to know if I forgot anything so I could get it in before the weekend. If I made a dumb mistake I can just refuse shipment and order the correct part. So far it looks like everything is in order.

Well the biggest mistake you've made so far is that PSU: That CPU may be relatively low power but that video card is not. To me, it seems rather....irresponsible to power a video card that's worth $350 with a $45 PSU that 's more or less mediocre at best. I would have spent the extra $35 for this significantly higher quality PSU:

Check it: The slightly higher-end model of that eVGA 500W, the eVGA 500B has worse voltage regulation/ripple suppression than the similarly priced CX430 V2:
