Put in a ticket on Wednesday night to get an RMA for my 3870. The ticket status is still "not viewed".

Anybody know how long it takes Diamond to look at tickets?

yup, yup, been over 50 days, still not viewed. and you have to pay for shipping.... :-(

i suggest complaining to bbb (better business bureau), but they already have an f....... dont know what else to do :-(

i rma's a 3870 with them last summer and it went pretty smoothly. need to rma a 4870x2 now. we'll see how it goes.

I sent in a ticket in december, and it is still "not viewed"
trying to rma my 4850

This is why I don't like ATI cards as well... the warranties from all of the partners except the brand-new ATI partner XFX (which is good and previously only did nVidia cards) have massive horror stories that are consistent and common.

I know this doesn't help... but just to warn people for the future. XFX for ATI or just go nVidia :(.

Apparently they don't view the tickets EVER!!!!

Go to their "contacts" page and call the number there. You should have an RMA in about 3 minutes once you are able to talk to someone.

*vaguely recalls that Diamond is still in business*

They seriously went down the drain service-wise, it appears :(

my ticket still hasnt been viewed, and it was submitted in october. i dont want to call them again, because i get the run around, and am told to pay to ship (note, this is A 2ND rma, meaning that it was rma'd once, and i got back a bad card. plus for having waited a bit over 5 months.... i should not have to pay anything extra.... ). this company sucks

did any one get to send the card free?

i RMA'd a Sapphire X850XT, and after 2 weeks of no response after i sent it to them, i emailed them and the next day they said they found my card and sent me a replacement the next day.

while they did lose it at first they atleast responded quickly and got it taken care of.

doesnt compare to Western Digital tho, as soon as they got my hard drive i had refurb in my hands the NEXT day.

doesnt daimond have an address to ships RMA's too? i mean call them and try to get a faster response dont wait on the website ticket. they might be able to give you an RMA number over the phone, then write RMA and the number on all the sides of the box and ship it to the address they give you.
