• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

recently my friend told me to download a program called dial a fix to fix some networking permission errors. I used the program but when i tried accessing my shared network between 2 computers i was being prompted for a password even though i know of no password. At firs ti thought simple file sharing was off or some the guest accoutn was disabled some how (not locally). Does any1 no any type of commands to reset the guest account or fix to just simple access eachother computers again?

I would start checking event logs on the PC's, sounds like the 'fix' might have changed some permissions and/or accounts (mayeb even created new accounts)

In looking at the dial a fix web site, it seems like a bunch of windows updates, did your machine need updates?
