NewsBin .. you can get a 50connection + unlimited GB (DL) +SSL newsbin account for about $8/mo these days. Searching can be done for free and easily with binsearch.info . Plus, things download super quick.

Other option is to use an off-shore VPN/Proxy service (that claims to destroy records).
