Weird, dark discoloration to your right and upper left corner in this pic. Looks like a stain but it's underneath the AG coating. Was wondering if anyone has seen this anomaly before. Thanks.
 
I got this on my 10-year old flatscreen tv. If this is a new monitor I would do an RMA.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, the warranty has expired..
So, do you have any idea what the problem is?
My original suspicion was some kind of pressure stain..was wondering if a suction cup would lift the layers and clear out the darkened areas.
