Dell U2414H miniDP resolution problem

I have very weird problem here.
Before this one I had a problem about resolution when turning off/on my monitor. Fixed it with this

But now, it looks like that problem is back with another friend. My screen things it is 2880x1620! All my screenshots are 2880x1620 and real screenshot data is on the top left 1920x1080. Some windows are huge, some are very small. What happened to my wallpaper I don't even know... Why is it no fullscreen, because it has 1920x1080 resolution.

I'm uploading 2 screenshots.
1- You can see the general problem and Logitech software is very small and when I took this screenshot mouse was in the left circle. When I save this screenshot I noticed mouse icon was somewhere else. Also check that Spotify icon, rendered so bad it looks like there is a line on that icon.

2- You can see here mouse thinks he is out of screen although he was on "Open" button I think. Also screenshot upload window is huge! You can see windows taskbar icons looks weird.

1- using dells drivers , not MS generic ones
2- using CRU to force a resolution / refresh rate
3- a clean GPU driver unsintall/reinstall using DP and only DP
